sushic sushi sodium

I noticed that the sodium content on Sushic sushi combos are REALLY high. Like, 1500mg for a 370g combo that has no sauce or fried components. So now I have two questions.
1. Is the soy sauce packet in there (that I did not use) included in the nutritional values?
2. Where the heck does all the salt come from?

The soy sauce is most likely included.
