Does anyone know the most effective ways to figure out the macros for a recipe for an Instant pot? My husband just bought us an 8 quart and would love to use it to meal prep my dinners but how to a calculate the macros? Questions I have to start with are what are the servings sizes, etc.

Put the ingredients and quantities into the Recipe Builder. That will give you calorie count and macros. You determine the serving size.3

I also put the ingredients in recipe builder. If you're on the app I suggest doing it online, the website brings up better entries. The only thing in the Instant Pot I have trouble figuring out is yogurt because of draining the whey.0
