I just entered a recipe that has monk fruit sweetener. The app shows no calories, which I’d expect, but it says it has carbs. I’m confused....any info???

Does the information in the database entry for the monkfruit match the label on the kind you're using?
There are incorrect database entries and it's a good idea to doublecheck for accuracy when you're building recipes.1 -
Hope this helps

That’s what I thought. I wonder why this app says zero calories but that it has carbs. Maybe it’s just a glitch.0

Is there fiber in it? Fiber is counted as a carb but has no calories because it’s not digested.0

It doesn’t say fiber but I’m thinking it’s indigestible, otherwise it can’t have zero calories.0
