Hey guys. I'm having a treat tonight. I will be have a small kebab and small curly fries. I was wondering what's the best way to count it?. For doner it's per 100g grams, not sure about the fries. Xx

Just find something in the database you feel equivalent from a major food place. Try jack in the box for curly fries1

The kebab will be 300 calories more or less (250-350) unless it was made with chicken which would be a shame. The fries depend upon how they are cooked. If deep fried, see a major chain as recommended above.0
