Regarding fiber

Do you think it's necessary to increase fiber if there isn't really a problem with regularity? It's a target that I never seem to meet on my macros...

    I worry about it. I take a supplement - the sugar free gummies for 10g a day. I'm not having regularity issues, but I was averaging 3-9g a day, and that can't be good considering women under 50 should have 25.

    I take some daily. Fiber Choice Tablets (resemble sweet tarts). Fiber really helps me to not feel as hungry, without the nasty side effects of other methods.
