Hello everyone!!

I’ve used this app before so I’m not new to it... I jump between this and the Lose It! app.

I have a metabolic disorder called PKU, which prevents me from consuming high amounts of protein. I should really be eating no more than 6g of protein per day. However, I am on a medication that should eventually allow me to consume more protein down the road so I need to track what I eat by the # and it was suggested to me that I should use MFP for that!
