Ideas for Super Hero 5k

Some friends and I are doing a Super Hero theme 5k Sept. 14 and we need some simple ideas for costumes because not a one of us is crafty or sew.

    You could purchase a cape. Or go to a discount Halloween costume store. I have a Phoenix costume that is one of those one piece Lycra suit things. I bet it might be ok to run in.
