Intermittent Fasting...

Intermittent fasting helps me see results a little faster. And with this quarantine it has been challenging to stick with my fasts if I don’t keep busy! Let’s just say I have been spring cleaning like a MF! I have 8- 33 gallon trash bags full for good will! I’m the opposite of a hoarder! I probably throw out *kitten* I should keep but I love purging and decluttering! 💜 how are you guys occupying your time that can’t work right now?

    Healthcare worker here--no luxury for quarantine--IF is going steady as planned--stay strong--stay as active as you can--drink the H2O!!!

    I was thinking about getting back to IF. I did it before with good results. But I've stocked up on so much food...I'm surrounded.

    Started IF this past week. 18:6. Also cleaning like crazy when I'm not working from home and drinking lots of water.

    I've been on intermittent fasting for about 2 months. I just started incorporating short Bowflex strength training workouts I found on YouTube during my fasting time about a month ago and now the weight is finally coming off...0.2 oz a day. I also just started tracking my calories as of yesterday I'm thinking maybe I've been eating too much during my eating window without realizing it.

    Hi guys. I started IF (24/5) 16:8 along with logging calories in the app (keeping a little deficit) and working out cardio for Atleast 40min a day.
    I did 6 days IF 16:8 & 1 day 14:10. I have only lost 1 pound so far. Any recommendations or comments as I read people loose 2-5 pounds a week on IF....
