Hi, good morning this is David Cousins and I am new to this program. I am joining this program to help start a balance fitness life and keep track of my fitness goals. I have been doing some research and fitness is not all about the physical part it's more about the mental side of being mentally strong, being able to adapt and overcome hard times and difficult situations in life.
