What equipment do you have? I've been doing some arm, abs, and legs ones with dumbbells and with body weight. My heaviest weights are only ten pounds so I'm not doing as much as the gym but some of them do a few sets so while I'm not lifting as much, especially with legs, I'm getting a decent workout. I looked into getting more dumbbells but they're expensive! If you have dumbbells I can post them. This is a fun 5 minute plank challenge, I do planks and side planks every day plus this and it's 30 seconds of 10 plank varieties another MFP poster posted in the plank challenge thread. https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=7&v=6X1c79oyYV4&feature=emb_logo
    This one's a 10 minute abs workout https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uUKAYkQZXko

Jeff Cavaliere recently did an interesting interview with Brian Rose of London Real, if interested. Seems like a solid guy.

A good wide grip pull-up bar would also be good. It's an excellent upper body workout.

Discovered Jeff several years ago. His videos have been instrumental in my transformation. Excellent bodyweight and dumbbell exercises. His focus on form over max lifts have kept me from injury.

I ran his full body routine that I posted this morning and it is pretty good.

For abs this one is good.

Specifically the Stability ball Ab Pullovers. Hypertrophy section at 4'30" in the video below.

I no longer do planks or sit ups. Just variations of Pullovers.

    Here's a playlist I put together:

But typically, a good rule of thumb with minimal equipment is to stick with split squat/lunge, single leg hip thrust, pull-up and push-up variations taken close to failure.

I am lucky enough to live in the woods/ country. I have cinder blocks, old lumber, pipes, and various weights. The body does not care where the weight comes from, just that it is under tension. I will say, my redneck workout made me much more sore than my gym workouts. When you are lifting objects that are not perfectly balance, your body will use auxiliary muscles you are not used to using....

I used to squat my boys when I was away from the gym (before they got way too big). I’d have them sit on my shoulders and man, did that extra height swaying make what is essentially a front squat that much harder. Once they greatly surpassed my height and weight, that pretty much went out the window however.
