I’ve been on a yo-yo life for years and finally decided to try to lose. I’m frustrated that everything is geared toward the 40 and under. Someone mentioned hip pain! If I tried half the exercises I see someone would have to come straighten me up or pick me up off the floor. What I have learned it’s about me trying to stay healthy as my age advances. It’s up to me and no one else.
