I have this on the go as my audiobook right now and while I would recommend anything he does in general, the chapter in this book on "Food, Glorious Food" is a pleasant, not too deep, review of our relationship with food historically and scientifically. He covers historical understanding of nutrition and such, and his style is, as always, pleasant to experience. I listen to it in fits and spurts on my runs and this chapter came up today.
