Help!!! Everywhere I look has a completely different amount of calories for salmon. How many calories do you think is in a baked or grilled 4oz piece of fresh salmon with no oil or butter etc...

Not as simple as that. Wild caught Atlantic salmon has about 1.5 calories per gram. Farm raised salmon (Sams Costso, etc.) has 2.1 calories per gram.0

Raw wild sockeye has about 153 cal per 100 g, according to USDA, with king being more (and amounts are kind of all over the place even on USDA). I'd say pick one that fits your type of salmon and just be consistent. Meat is always an estimate since fat amounts are going to vary, cooking times will matter (you may cook off more or less fat), etc.3
