Not counting calories and maintaining weight

For the first time ever since I was a kid, I've been successfully maintaining my goal weight without counting calories. I'm basically just eating when I'm hungry, only eating whole food plant based, and exercising 5-6 times a week (cardio about four times a week, and two strength days). It feels so freeing to not have to watch what I eat so closely or log everything. I'm loving it. Open to going back to counting calories again should I need to, but it's been a few months and so far so good!
