Mistakes make me not seeing the difference ?

I was weighing my self every week that OK
But I was weighing myself late during day after I eat two or three meals
Also sometime I weight myself after drinking water that was big problem
I was barely losing weight that make me unhappy with my weight loss program
Now I weight myself after I wake up not drinking any water
I lost so far 8 KGS I am happy with that

    I always weigh myself in the morning, after waking up and using the bathroom. It's usually the time of day we're lighter and no water or food ingestion messes with the numbers, so it's good for you that you made that change.
    And congratulations for the weight loss so far! :)

    Wake up, pee, weigh yourself naked, then have some breakfast. That's the routine that works for me.

    Yup every Sunday morning at 7am I do a similar routine. Try to weigh myself after my workout week is done. Mon-Sat and Sunday it’s rest.. kind of ha ha... I do wait to have breakfast until wife wakes up. Headed to cut the yard now. It’s cool grass damp so less junk floating around while I get that done. I’ll wake her once I’m done with yard in about an hour...
