Maintaining weight

I have reached my goal weight. Anyone know how to change my goal to maintaining this weight in the app. I don’t seem to be able to find a way unless I have to change profile. Any ideas would be appreciated

    Try going into your goals and change it to "Maintain my weight."

    CONGRATULATIONS on getting to your goal in just a few months!

    If you are on iOS, then what @harper16 says is correct.
    1. Tap MORE at the bottom right of the screen.
    2. Find GOALS in the list, and tap it.
    3. You shouldn't have to change your goal weight; you're AT IT!
    4. Tap Weekly Goal, and set it for maintaining.

    Alternately, just leave it on lose. It doesn't change anything, but first go through the process to figure out what your new daily calorie goal is.

    When I reached my weight range, I changed my goal to "lose .5 lb" for the first couple of months, so I would gradually get my calories back. Because it may be discouraging to get all the water weight back if you increase too quickly.

    You're in the right place!

    Post in the monthly "check in" threads for accountability.

    For your sanity, give yourself a +/- range for maintaining. Because you WILL fluctuate up and down and down and up. It's just how it works. Don't be like me; don't let it freak you out! Just look at it, and say, "Hmmm... that's odd; I'll check again tomorrow." Use a trending app or just get a spreadsheet and track your weekly rolling AVERAGE weight rather than looking at the number your scale gives you any particular day.
