so, the RMR stays the same, but moving (the added stuff that MFP adds to the rate) changes due to weight?
sorry if i sound so stupid, just trying to work this through my head.
It's never stupid to ask questions! RMR changes. RMR includes all non-activity related calories. Thus fat calories and muscle calories are included. Your RMR is you with food but before you add activity. Add activity to get maintenance calories.
think of RMR as half way between BMR and Maintenance.0 -
