Hey All - So Yes Im back again ! Im pretty much back at my starting weight from 2015 and that angers and frustrates me immensely ! - I know my goals are different and I know I gained some muscle, but I also gained a lot of fat - I would call myself semi alcohol dependant, so im trying to drop that and get through this lockdown without going crazy. So I thought I could use this time to get my nutrition finally nailed again ( I have a Nutrition coach Im just *kitten* at following ! ) So by the time the gyms reopen, Im ready to go and start lifting again and ready to compete in a weight category 1 maybe 2 lower than this year ! - I need my *kitten* kicking, why havent you logged caroline, Wheres your weight caroline, wheres your activity caroline, whys there wine in your diary caroline - I will then give the same back to you * If thats your need ! - Please help me to support me and you during these *kitten* times .. Thanks

Hi,
Commitment is the only bridge which can help you go from Point A to Point B ...
But even more powerful, you should work from Point B ... instead of locking yourself up in Point A
BE right now ... the person you want to be ...!!!
Hope this will help0
