Hi,
I am new here (as an intuitive eater), and I am just wondering if anyone on here is looking for an accountability buddy in regards to intuitive eating.
If you are curious about intuitive eating, I would love to share with you the principles I practice from the Intuitive Eating book listed below.
I believe intuitive eating is about listening to your body and not denying it what it is in the mood for. It is listening to internal satiety cues and listening to what feels best in your body. I eat junk food, I drink coffee, I eat salads, I eat burgers, and I also drink protein smoothies. NOTHING is off limits. My workouts mainly consists of walks outside in nature.
If anyone is in the same boat as me, please feel free to reach out, I would love to support you and I would love the support myself.
The book is called, "intuitive eating a revolutionary program that works" by evelyn tribole .

Good for you.
If intuitive eating worked for me, I wouldn't be here. But I am glad it is working for you0
