    April 17- still at 75 miles...had to take a few days off to address a hip joint problem due to muscle imbalances...it's improving quickly with some floor exercises to strengthen the weaker muscles not used in running and walking. I hope to get back on my feet this weekend!

    globalhiker stuff happens! I am still having problems with my left knee BUT I am still walking as much as I can, doing some exercises for it. It's been six months now...I pray it will all be better sooooooooooon!!!!!!!
