My Progress Since October

I got back on the Peloton bike in October, riding at least 4x/week. Added the Peloton Tread in March so also doing runs at least 3x/week. Need to add in strength training. Down 25 lbs since October, progress would be better if I could stop sabotaging myself with beer, pizza, and chocolate.

    Enjoying some beer, chocolate etc doesn't automatically mean self sabotage! Just keep going!!!
