A good day yesterday - not a great run (walked about 40% of it) but also put in a 30 minute bike ride with the family, so I'll take that as a win.

I'm going to join this for the rest of April and then May (if you do the challenge again). My worst downfall is night snacking.1

Missed posting yesterday. Tuesday night worked from 7:30 AM until after 10 PM. Yesterday was long - I was just exhausted (no exercising as well). On the upside no snacking which is great. Still not super impressed by the results (60%?!? WTF!!!) so I'm going to stick with that next month.
