When is the time to stop?

Initially I set myself a goal of losing 14 lbs and then going into maintenance. I lost the 14 but felt like I have gained some momentum and could try to make it 22 lbs. I'm only 2 lbs away from hitting that target and I still feel like it's not enough and that I should lose more in order to be slim.

I'm a 26 y.o female, 5'10", current weight 144 lbs.

I never thought I would be asking but I feel like if I keep this going it might become unhealthy. Please share your thoughts.

You are already at a healthy weight. Are you wanting to be at the low end of your bmi? If you do plan to continue losing weight remember a healthy weight loss now is .5 lbs a week.

Speak to your doctor (maybe on the phone, now) to discuss a reasonable goal for your body type and age.

Now is the time to focus not on weight but your look I.e. body composition. Do you want to be leaner? Bigger? Etc. If you're happy with how you look then work on fitness goals

Why do you feel like it's not enough? If you are not happy at your weight and want to work on your body composition I would recommend you look into recomp, maintain your weight, lift and get adequate protein. See this link for more info.
