    Beginning the first day of a new month with an outdoor morning walk. Before the school year began and I was still on vacation from my duties as a paraeducator, I'd begin my day with a daily morning walk -- I've missed that part of my day since the academic year began. What a beautiful sky it was, too!! It was difficult to keep my eyes looking ahead to see where I was going because my gaze was drawn upward to the gorgeous painting above

    Every time I think of posting here, there's always a page full of wonderfully profound and touching sentiments. Meanwhile, I'm just grateful for a week of trying a new food daily. So far, green lentils, goat brie, and jackfruit 😔
