Hard to exercise when you want to be lazy

I feel like we have so much extra lazy days lately that you can do both. I knock out my workout first thing and relax later. Or commit to 5 days working out and take a laxy day or 2. Lots of ways to mix it up. Benefit...the more busy you keep yourself less likely to eat.0

Better to do something...anything...than nothing at all. I've admittedly had some lazy days and busy days here in my household, but I've got IG friends doing #see10do10 challenges all day and even if I don't get a full workout...I can at least respond to 1 or 2 of those...and that's better than nothing at all.
There's so much going on in the world, it's important to stay flexible (timewise) so just do what you (we) can and go from there.
It's a journey remember...not a race.0 -
This is true for everything in life, not just exercise. Work, education, relationships, hygiene, and so on. There's no substitute for discipline. Sometimes you have to force yourself to do what you don't want in the moment so you can get what you want in the long term. I think it's fair to say that everyone has to struggle with this in their lives, on multiple fronts.0
