i set my weight to 2lbs per week and it's saying i will lose 3.5 ils by april 6th why

    How many calories are you eating a day? You are at least hitting the target amount, right?

    What is the calorie goal mfp gives you? How much weight do you need to lose?
    2lb a week is npt appropriate unless you need to lose 100 or more lbs.
    Mfp will only set you to 1200 for fenale or 1500 for male to prevent people starvation dieting

    Precisely that: the 1200/1500 kcal limit is usually the reason why someone's projected rate of loss is slower than what they entered as their goal weight loss rate.
