what does everyone put if u work out, is it ok to put sedentary

Your activity level is MFP is based on your regular lifestyle outside of intentional exercise. So if your regular lifestyle is sedentary, you'll want to put sedentary. You will then log your exercise and get additional calories to eat to reflect the calories burnt through exercise.2

what @janejellyroll said. I personally have mine set as sedentary. I am more likely slightly active now, but leaving it at sedentary and then adding somewhat over inflated exercise calories, it works out for me. You just have to try certain settings for awhile and see if you are meeting your goals and if needed tweak it from there.0
