Fitness blender from YouTube

Is there a way to add this workout? Or do I have add every exercise? Thank you 😊

I used to use the UA Record app in conjunction with MFP to track some of these more specific workouts. You can sync them up. For example, you can log a workout, and there is a category for "Class, Workout Video". You enter in the duration of the video and it gives a calorie burn based on your stats. Not going to be 100% accurate obviously but its better than nothing in the absence of having a HRM or other tracking device.

It even has specific classes listed, like Insanity and P90X, as well.

I would just log it as calisthenics, either for the real time I spent on the program or for the time that would count the calories the program said I burned.

Since I want it to show up as "Fitnessblender" in my logs, I just created my own exercise with this name ( https://www.myfitnesspal.com/exercise/mine ). I think as default calories burned I put 400kcal/hour, but I usually edit that number when I'm logging it to either what my fitness tracker sais or the lower range of what they give in the video.
