Tip of the day?

I’m utilizing the beginners “plan” to familiarize myself with the app. One of my tasks for the day is to get the Tip of the Day. I have no idea about this, can someone please explain? I don’t see any tabs or mention of Tips. Thanks.

Never heard of Tip of the Day on MFP sorry.

I believe it’s meant for you to check in and read it. You get a badge. It’s usually on the homepage.

I've been using MFP for close to seven years now. I've never heard of the Tip of the Day.
