Hey there to all my fellow wanna get or stay healthy peeps. New here an trying to get back in shape, but due to this wonderful pandemic we are facing at the moment. I am learning to open my mindset how to do things and be dedicated to feeling healthier at home. How is everyone else hanging in there with this? I know myself, I am still trying to keep my head up and keep a positive mind for there are reasons for everything happening. Find the positive not the negative. Have a great blessed day!

It's actually easier for me to stay on track with all the Coronavirus mayhem going on. I can't go out and eat/drink like I used to every so often, so the temptations are way down. I can only eat what I've got stocked in the fridge/pantry, I have more time now to focus on my exercise and activity levels, and don't have as many distractions because I'm not going out anywhere.

I'll probably hit my goals easier and faster due to this whole thing.

I've been struggling a bit with boredom eating because I have a little cabin fever, but I've actually been getting more physical activity because that's the best option for me to get out of the house. I've been riding my bike and doing yard work. I've been eating sedentary maintenance calories and allowing only the physical activity to be my deficit, and it's been working for me.
