Maintaining weight loss during isolation

Hi guys, just thought I’d seek inspiration/advice on continuing progress I had made with weight loss and cardio fitness pre-isolation. Any ideas and help would be much appreciated as it’s obviously different not going to the gym daily and being in a good routine. Stay safe!!

It seems that Youtube is a convenient goto and some orgs/gyms have virtual files. If you have equipment, then you can choose that. I can't do a lot so I walk with Leslie Sansone or do Jillian Michaels but you can find your cup of tea. Check the fitness topic rather than introduce yourself and look thru those posts may be a more useful search.

Bodyweight calisthenics if you don't have dumbbells at home. Walking biking jumping rope for cardio. Battle is won and lost in the kitchen right now.1

I'm getting in at least a 60 minute road ride or trail ride pretty much every single day. Doing calisthenics and band work for resistance training a couple days per week. Also doing a lot of family walks. You most definitely don't need a gym to exercise or to maintain weight.0
