I bought new clothes that made me feel good about myself.
An added benefit to doing that was incentive to keep the weight off. I just spent all this money on new clothes and I wanted to make sure they continued to fit me. I hate wasting money, so it was good motivation for maintenance.12 -
New shirts and stuff for the little markers. New games and beauty supplies for the big ones. Recently for 80, I dyed my hair.
I figure since I'm losing weight I'll work on all my appearance.8 -
I rewarded myself for my transition from obese to overweight by buying a fancy new activity tracker/sports watch. Which should in turn help me with the rest of my weight loss and with my fitness goals.5

For me, looking much better, feeling much better and knowing that I was much healthier was all the reward I needed. Every morning when I look at myself in the mirror and see myself with 40 less lbs, when I can move and bend and am far more functional than I was, these things are the best reward for me.10

Like @mmapags said, to me weight loss was inherently rewarding. I am very vain, so I was thrilled to have a body that was more in line with my aesthetic ideal. I also had the reward of being able to run much faster than I could before, which was awesome. Buying new clothes was fun too.7

I went the other way. I rewarded myself in advance by just being kinder to myself. Taking care of things that bothered me. Doing new things like pedicures. I wanted to do anything I could to to make the process easier.
Then like @mmapags and @janejellyroll have said the rewards were built in to the weight loss and they have been TREMENDOUS in changing my life for the better. Having better health and all the capabilities it brings back to me makes everyday feel like Christmas.
I am not quite done yet. What I have left is really more about taking more pressure off my knees with a fair amount of vanity mixed in.5 -
I bought all da leggings.
Stripeyones, polka dot ones, leopard print, tree frog, giant octopus ones. I even have a pair where Frieda Kahlo and her monkey glare from my butt every time I forward fold.7 -
I bought things along the way that reflected and rewarded my re-discovered lifestyle. My husband and I bought a canoe. We bought snowshoes. I bought a good backpack for day hikes. And new hiking boots. And comfortable clothes to wear while doing those activities. This is the person I was in my 20's, but she got lost. Ninety pounds later, I have her back. Its nice7

Me too I lost 45 KGS until I become very thin then I gained more and more over years about 59 kgs
I am going to lose them again
I insist to not to do that mistake again it is horrible
I am now armed with more knowledge about weight loss1 -
I donated every item of clothing that no longer fit. Then I slowly began to get things that did. The biggest reward, really, was going into a department store and being able to choose from among a large number of things that I liked rather than having a very narrow range with the best being "well, I guess this one will do." So I was frugal, and very particular. Not love it? Didn't get it.2

Shopping, shopping and more shopping after I lost 80 pounds! Clothes, things for my home gym, nice coats and jackets and accessories.
When I was losing weight I wore most of my clothes until they were falling off of me and I constantly put things in the dryer which helped to shrink the clothes more.
I lost 2 shoe sizes too and went from wide width to normal so I had to replace all of my footwear too.
About 6 months after I maintained my weight loss I went through my bigger clothes and gave some away, threw some out, donated others and had some items taking in and tailored to fit my new body.
Unfortunately, but fortunately over the first year of maintenance my body composition improved further so I lost another dress size unintentionally, although I didn't lose weight. So from all the clothes shopping I did some of my clothes ended up being too big again. Eek.6
