Just joined up today. I have the lofty goal of losing 100 pounds. I'm hoping to get there within the next year. My problem has always been two-fold: 1) stress-eating unhealthy foods, and 2) sedentary lifestyle and lack of motivation.

With the pandemic forcing me to work from home, I decided it was the perfect time to get into some new habits. So, I'll be staring a more consistent exercise routine, and trying to employ better eating habits. I can't go out anywhere at the moment, so there's no worries about cheating!

Here's hoping I come out of this with a whole new routine that I can stick with, and that gets results!
