Female 40s-ish friends! Starting Fitness

Hey, who else is stuck inside? I don't really feel like I want to log food right now, but I DO really really want to share my fitness progress with. I need to lose 30/35 lbs. Weight just piled on :-( and it's not coming off like it did in my 20s

    There seems to be loads of resources available for free at the moment @Dreamers8969, so it is a good time to start while indoors - anything from HIIT cardio, to yoga - a lot for free sign up between 2 weeks and 3 months!!
