Hello all

I’ve been using the app since March 22 (189 lbs) and and weighed in at 181.5 this morning. Prior to using the app, I had lost 39 lbs since Christmas Day. But, I hit a plateau. The tracking and accountability of MyFitnessPal was a great tool to break though. I do workout 6 days a week to go along with my diet.
