What should I be eating (True hard gainers )

What should I be eating high carbs or high protein I can lose 5 pounds in two days or gain 10 true hard gainer ,

    There is no one right answer. Some people love a high carbohydrate or high protein diet. Others feel better with moderate levels of these macronutrients or even choose to go low carbohydrate.

    I would say once you hit your protein goals, get enough fat and carbs, then focus on whatever doesn't fill you up. I like to make high calorie shakes, milk/juices, add oil to my foods, lots of toast and pasta, croissants, higher fat dairy, then ice cream, cookies, cake and sugary cereal to fill in gaps
