Anyone else thinking of trying his new program? Kinda waiting to see how much it costs. I've tried the sample workout and really enjoy it even though I am extremely un-coordinated.

I was curious too but I decided to start 80DO instead. I am on Day 3 after doing the 5 day prrp workout " A little obsessed". I think 10 rounds might be my next one...

I joined BOD last October and absolutely love it! However, I won’t pay for any early releases. There are so many options, I don’t feel the need to spend half the cost of a whole year for one program. 😊
