New to the community

Came across the community when I had a few questions about percentages and where MFP came up with max limits for salt and sugar. I have used MFP before but, as of Feb 28th 2020 have been using every day. It is probably too much to start with but, my other apps are Garmin Connect and Body Fast (fasting app). A little about myself....59, male, likes to run, lives in rural Maine and is in the health field. I know, a lot of strikes against me, especially in the world we live in and with Covid-19. I want to say thanks for your posts/blogs, because I have had a lot of my questions answered by you.
