A blip in success

so, 1lb on today, even tho i been nailing my exercise to max and under cals, so, reading previous informative posts, Im staying positive, and going to track my measurements cos im sure my belly is reducing. But im going to add aerobic activity to burn off the overlying fat. Im focussed and this gives me the incentive to burn baby burn.! To everyone who has had a gud day or even a blip, stay in there, grab some positivity and move past it.
