4/7- 155.8 I don't think the 8 mile bike ride and frisbee golf with the kids was enough to cancel out the Dairy Queen we got afterward, but it was wonderful and we had a great time.
4/8- 154.4 I didn't eat back my exercise calories yesterday. It shows, but I'm also hungry. How do you get comfortable with the constant hunger?
4/9- 153.6 sweet. Hiked with the kids and then ran another 2 miles too. Hoping this is me pushing through this plateau I've been on a while.
4/10- 153.6 Good. So windy yesterday. Didn't work out. Have to try to be good going into this eating weekend.9 -

4/7/20 - 181
Bouncy bouncy. I’m actually surprised it didn’t bounce high as I had a bit of an eating binge yesterday. It was the first day I’ve felt really down since the stay-at-home routine started, and all I did was sleep and eat. Feel better this morning. I hope you’re all doing well.
4/8/20 - 181.2
Legacy of Monday’s binge, since I ate responsibly yesterday. Another beautiful day here, and I’m planning a nice long walk along the river and a little garden clean up if it’s not too wet. Be well, everyone.
4/9/20 - 181
Back to chilly, windy weather. But yesterday was gorgeous! And my baby forsythias, planted last year, are happy happy!
4/10/20 - 182.8
WHAT? Has to be delayed reaction from Monday, which seems really delayed, but I’ve been within bounds since then. Horrifying! But otoh, we’re healthy, so it’s not the worst that could happen.

4/8-155-Whew! Made a crumb cake and tasted some of it. Cut the recipe in half. Walks & water today.🚶♀️💧🌻
4/9-155-Met friends to walk on a paved trail, then to a closed golf course to walk with my friends parents, so peaceful & quiet.
4/10-156-Too windy to walk. Made chicken and green beans with bacon and drank lots of water and made masks. 😊7 -
@musicsax-We are living with our friend while our house is, supposedly, getting finished being built. We do all of her shopping due to her immune system.
The paved trail we walked on, probably wasn’t a wise choice, with people jogging and riding bikes past us; we should have been wearing masks. 😳The golf course was wonderful because there wasn’t anybody there and my friends parents do not go anywhere else. We also don’t live in a densely populated area, and we are out in the country. I am used to walking a lot, as you are, but you walk way more than me, and it sure helps in dealing with the whole situation. 🌻5 -

04/08: Off the rails
04/09: Off the rails
04/10: 180.6 - up 7.4 pounds - yike! And the majority is real weight gain but I'm owning it today. I've been hiding from the scale for at least 3 weeks and finally weighed today. I started going off the rails early March and tried getting control numerous times and by mid March, I was 100% off with no tracking, no weighing and stress eating and bingeing. So this is where I've landed! I've not only gained weight but feeling like crap from all the bad food I've put in my system, not drinking water, and limited exercise. So, got to play catch up - ugh! My lowest on MFP was 173.2 on March 8.
I do feel better just finally weighing and knowing where I stand. Hopefully tracking again and posting here will get me back to how good I was feeling before I went down this rabbit hole. All the people here are so great and supportive and I know it works even if I slipped for a while.

You're right it does help with the current climate, I'd go stir crazy if they stopped us going out to exercise. I do only go out once a day as directed, but all the public conveniences being closed means that it is my bladder that dictates how long I am out now!! I used to like to do my walking in 2 or even 3 sessions.
The golf course sounds wonderful, I have to pound the local streets, zigzagging around to make as long a circular walk from home as I can. I started walking the 3 miles to our local cemetery and crematorium, it was always deserted on week days as long as I avoided the bit by the crem. and it was so peaceful and pretty with all the flower, and lots of different birds too, but they've closed it and only open it now for actual funerals and of course limited numbers only are allowed to attend.
Roll on this awful situation being over and being free again, I know I'm lucky compared to some and I do count my blessings, but ....................................... I shouldn't complain really I am well and so are all of my family, I do miss them so much . Keep up the walking !!5 -
@fmfdfa2020 - I know how you feel, it's so easy to slip, I do feel better this morning deciding that I've got to call a halt to the slipery slope, and have had a few days and woke up in the night too feeling very uncomfortable and all because I started binging on chocolate again. I need to stop, no, I have stopped, today is a new day and I can get back to it, I am back to it. I've pre logged all my food this morning, it's 16.35 here now and I have kept to it, I am determined to carry on and get back to my good habits. Hope it goes well for you too, good to see you back on here xx6

4/8 121.5 Way over on everything yesterday. Our wonderful SIL has To go in to work yesterday so went to Sam’s and Walmart and got EVERYTHING on my list except a supplement I have been taking for well over a decade. Fresh produce will be a challenge in the coming weeks but otherwise we’re good.
**4/9 121.0 Fasted for 20 hours 8PM on 4/8 to 4PM 4/9
4/10 120.0 Yesterday during my fast I found myself going to the kitchen a couple of times and then realizing I wasn’t even hungry. I had intended to fast for 18 hours and went to 20 with no actual hunger. I think I would have been okay longer but had to “feed” DH. I made “dinner” at 4 because we needed to eat the coleslaw that was leftover so hot dogs (no bread) and slaw it was. No smacking in the evening.8 -

04/07 192.0 well going to maintenance calories has not “shocked” my body into losing, either. I’m going to be as super diligent with my tracking as possible and lower my target again. Someday I’ll get off this plateau.
04/08 191.8 so the plateau continues. 😠 Again green on calories, even at lower amount.
04/09 190.6 Scale movement, finally! After a depressing evening realizing I have a shin stress fracture, and a terrible night with the cathedral ceiling smoke detector doing the “need battery beep” all night (why does it do this each year after midnight? Why do we never remember to schedule the battery change? And there’s no way I’m dealing with this dangerous maneuver—balance on a ladder over a 1story drop—while alone in the house with a problematic leg), it’s really heartening to see some pay off!
04/10 189.8 Whoohoo! Off that 191-192 plateau and I finally got to type “18X”. Patience, it took patience and trust in my habits. Though I’m not counting on keeping this for tomorrow...I measured later in the morning than usual. But I’m ready to keep at this! Did chair weights yesterday, rested, ate well and under my calorie target.

04/06 …..202.8….. ENDING WEIGHT LAST ROUND
04/07 …..203.6 ….. I am hoping its water retention, but probably not. I enjoyed a movie night last night with my son which included snacks that didn’t belong. Not an over-abundance, but definitely outside of plan. I still had in over 5 miles total steps/walking for the course of the day, some small cabin cleaning and housework in my home and I made a pot of soup. Today I will work on taxes (again), and hopefully do some more prep cooking for my freezer. I hope to keep the carbs at a reasonable amount to help my glucose numbers continue to improveI don’t know about you, but I don’t want to be overheated or be a sweathog when summer finally hits, so I’ve got to stay focused! . Good luck everyone this round. Congratulations to all the great results I saw last round from so many!
04/08 …..203.5 ….. I did a dance session yesterday for 23 minutes. Sample song, “In my feelings (Kiki, do you love me?) by Drake. Yesterday was a successful day overall on my journey. Today (I am hopeful) will be even better.
04/09 …..203.9 ….. Okay, so good news and bad news. Bad news first: I had a small to medium binge last night. All cravings driven. I’ve had worse, but its something I just can’t afford right now. Now, for the good news: thanks to @dawnbgethealthy I tried her recommended zumba Fitness Marshall last night. It is going to take a minute to get used to the steps but I really liked it. I must say though, as much as I love all genres and decades of music, I am not familiar with most of this music. Also, I stumbled around a bit like a flailing bird with a broken wing so I am definitely not as cool as I thought I was. I looked and behaved more like an old 60 yr old woman who is out of shape, (oh, that’s right, I will be 60 soon and I do have quite a bit of weight to lose!) However, I’m going to try this a couple of days per week if all goes well. Especially during the shut-in, shelter-in-place orders. Of course, trying to work out in my home is almost impossible as there are constant people at my door and constant phone calls & interruptions (I run my motel and cabins from my home office on the premises). But, as always, I do my best. I have to say, though, working in a 24 hour per day business is not easy on anyone when you are the only employee! I hope you are all hanging in there. In Michigan USA our Governor has officially extended the shut-in until April 30th when it will be revisited.
04/10 …..203.2 ….. Okay, that is much better. It was a hard night last night. I made a plan that if severe hunger struck, I would have an egg. They are low calorie, only 1 carb and quite filling. But mostly, I am so SICK of them I knew I would not overeat them. So it was egg or nothing! Then, the sugar drop started coming on. It was slow but steady. I knew I had to eat, but an egg does not have enough carbs to bring up my sugar! Determined to stick to plan (as much as possible), I quickly scrambled my egg and made one piece of toast with butter. I made a half of egg sandwich (the bread would give me the carbs I needed) and I ate it and waited. Waiting is the hard part because the instinct is to keep eating until all the symptoms stop. I trusted the process and waited. Slowly (very slowly) I started to feel better. I am proud that I stuck to my plan as much as possible. It could have been a fast bowl of sugary cereal, but no, I stuck to the egg. I’m so glad I did. Luckily I still had calories left for the day. I traded out my last low carb snack for the 1/2 sandwich. The scale still rewarded me.

04/07 248.4 I think this is a pre tom bounce up as I’ve been having some pms symptoms.
04/08 247.8 And back down again. I struggled a little yesterday morning due mostly to stress, but I realized that my way of eating was the single biggest thing I can control right now. That thought helped a lot and kept me on track. I thought I would share it in case it might help anyone else. Hang in there everyone.

04/10 247.6 I had a lunch/dinner “out” with the husband yesterday. I ate high, but still under maintenance. I also got the migraine that I usually get with tom, but no tom yet. I’m hopeful that I won’t get a second one once it decides to arrive.

Round 110 - April 7 to 16
Female, 5’, 67 years. SW – 165.8 GW – 164, UGW – 140.
Goals: continue with 12 hr. IF, complete my tracking every day and get some kind of outdoor exercise unless it is raining. Did not do well on the exercise the last couple of rounds and it shows – a steady creep up. Reminded by Tish’s video on breathing how important drinking water is. So this round I’m planning to work much harder on the exercise and drinking water.
Can’t control much else but this is a battle I can win – as someone wrote.
Day/Weight/Comment
04/07 -165.8 – Slept in so didn’t log.
04/08 – 165.8 –
04/09 – 165.6 – IF 12 hrs., tracked everything including water and was good, even with some ice cream. Beautiful day so spent ½ hr. cleaning up perennials in the yard.
04/10 – 165.6 – Made Easter bread but didn’t start till after lunch and it rises 3 times so had a slice mid-evening but was careful to make a light supper and no dessert/fruit. My bread has a lighter icing (has custard in it) but still icing sugar so not a great choice, even if within cals. Made DH happy though. Just have to be careful not to eat too much of it. Making pea soup today for some healthy fibre.
