Can’t lose weight

Hi, I am 5’6 and 128 pounds. My goal right now is to reach 120 pounds. I lost my first 8 pounds steadily, I lost 2 pounds every week. However when I reached 130 pounds, I realized that I started to lose 2 pounds in 2 weeks. Then when I reached 128 pounds, I realized it took me 3 weeks. Currently I’m still 128 pounds and it’s been 2 weeks, and I’m afraid I’ll only see results on the 4th week. Btw, I’ve been dealing with an ED and I heavily restrict, 500-900 kcals, so I know I’m not losing weight because I eat to much calories. I also eat relatively healthy. I snack on veggies and I hage a good amount of protein. I also recently started working out with weights (the past 4 days) anYways, if any of you have any tips on how I can go back to a steady weight loss, please let me know.

    You need to reach out to your doctor to discuss your ED.
    The minimum you should be eating is 1200 calories, and healthy weight loss is .5 lbs a week.

    Please consider reaching out to someone who can off more professional help.
