is my diet causing unmotivation?

For the past four months I've been slowly getting more fit. I started with adding vegetables into every meal and working out a couple of times a week at the beginning of January. I slowly got stricter, I'm now exercising five times a week, running a mile almost every day. I cut down my diet to around 1,500 calories a day. I'm short (5 "2) and already relatively small, I just wanted to lose the extra fat. But since cutting my calories I'm completely unmotivated. It's been over a month and I'm still feeling hungry all the time even after eating and I can't find the energy to work out most days. Could it be my low cal diet that's causing this??

The stuff you're describing sounds like what happens to many when they eat too little.5
