The Do Over - open to new friends

Well, about 4 years ago I joined MyFitness Pal and lost approximately 40 pounds, 60 in total from my heaviest. I ran a half marathon and achieved personal success with several fitness goals. Unfortunately I sustained a couple of injuries that limited my fitness options and old habits resurfaced.

I am back to MFP to keep myself on target and to regain my health. I am looking for friends to share on this "take 2" of my journey and help me find the motivation when I feel lazy, the encouragement when it's hard, and the ability to celebrate the achievements we make along the way. 🙂
