    Being diagnosed with type 2 is what set me on this path and this site. My A1C numbers have dropped, my daily sugars are under control, my bp and other numbefs have all improved and my dr is happy! I still have more to lose but its been a slow and steady drop with just a few bumps! Happy to share if you send me a friend request!
