Weight gain

Having symptoms of COVID and not being able to exercise due to breathlessness has caused my weight to increase. Any one else experienced the same? Any advice not exercise related? Alison ๐ฌ๐ง

If your sick, eat and keep your strength up, you cant fight a virus if you're not supporting your body with the energy it needs, dont worry about the scale, it's unlikely you will actually gain much if anything in the time you take to recover1
