Hello everyone.

Looking for recommendations of apps to log weight training.

I am on android and want to be able to log the exercises I'm doing, reps and weight as well as having access to a database of other moves so I can try new things.

Does anything like this exist?

Huge thanks ❤️

KEEP is a good application, I'm using and it has good exercises. Also, Samsung health is a master

FitNotes for android, maybe apple - is very flexible for all the things you mention.

Due to flexibility, it can seem difficult to get setup - but once that's done very nice for continuous usage.

Can repeat a prior workout, and see last stats for each movement, and then increase weight or reps as you make progress. Or show you increased weight but lost a rep.

Can create any number of routines if doing split workouts, creating from included lifts, or create your own.

Fitbod. It’s iOS only but you may have an iPod or iPad?

JeFit is a great app - very flexible/customizable.

RTS is the best and it's not even close.
