Fitness Blender Vs bbg

Hello, like a lot of other people I am struggling to maintain my weight during the lockdown period. 2 challenges being easy access to kitchen and snacks and kids at home. I am trying to work out 4 times a week. Before this I used to strength train at the gym. I have started with fitness blender hiit routines. I just filter them to the hardest difficulty level and pick a limit routine depending on how much time I have.
I am wondering if I should try bbg as well. Is it going to be any different?
Those of you who have tried both, how do the two compare?

I used to train with fitness blender and pop sugar. The circuits helped with my stamina and I noticed more youthful skin, hair, nails, eyes. I usually chose a couple 10 to 15-minute sessions to do every day. The weights were light so didn’t effect my strength. I don’t know about bbg. Is that Beach Body...? For more focused resistance training, you could superset a couple full-body movements like farmers walks with walking lunges.1

Yes bbg is the beach body app. The one by Kayla. The challenge is that I don't have any equipment such as dumbbells etc so I am not sure if there are any bbg workouts that are without equipment. I m sticking to fitness blender's high difficulty ones but I don't know what to do for strength training because theirs are mostly hiit0

I'ne never tried the beach body app, so I cannot judge that. I am using mostly Fitnessblender these days.
I'm not sure if you already discovered that, but they let you search for videos by specifying workout type and equipment, so it's at least easy to narrow the choice down. Some of them have more or less strength straining components or HIIT.
If you want to do bodyweight strength training and don't have to have an app or videos, but are just looking for a routine to follow, maybe have a look at the "Recommended Routine" from reddit bodyweightfitness:

I have that bookmarked for ages and have been meaning to try it one day... I like that it has progressions for all exercises, so it should be possible to start at any level of fitness.1 -
BBG stands for bikini body guide by Kayla Itsines. Beach body is a different product—I think it’s videos.
I’ve used BBG several times and like it. If you don’t have dumbbells you can use gallons of water or anything like that. You can either download her SWEAT app and access it there (the first month is free right now and then you pay monthly) or buy the ebook on her website for around $45 and you have it forever.
However since you’ve mentioned that your weight loss challenges are due to snacking and being around the kitchen, I’d focus on counting your calories first and once you’re hitting your calorie goals consistently, start adding in exercise.0 -
The biggest difference I would say between fitness blender and BBG is BBG is a structured program in which you move through a set of resistance workouts over 12 weeks that get progressively more challenging. Each one is unique for that week and focus. If you follow the program, you do 2 to 3 of these resistance workouts each week and 2 to 3 cardio sessions on your own, such as walking.0
