We’re all in this together. Good or bad days we need to get better for our health and fitness goals🤝 Basically just write about how you feel and how you can get better. If you have a bad day it’s okay and let’s just keep pushing and keep ourselves accountable for the better. All here to motivate each other and give helpful tips

Running a upper/lower split where I’m going to be training each body part 3 times a week. So far today have had good meals and have drank half of a half gallon water 🤝 feeling pretty motivated since my backs no longer so much of an issue0
