Swimmers - suit recommendations?

I would like to add swimming as cardio to my lifting routine. Dumb question is - what do you wear? I have an indoor lap pool in my building and only bikinis. I haven't worn a one piece since I was 10 years old. I'd prefer a two piece, but everything looks like a sports bra and bottoms. Does anyone have recommendations of brands they like? Types of suits that are better than others?

I only buy Speedo - the cut is right, and I find they last the longest.0

For a workout, I prefer a one piece with good straps/back. Speedo and Tyr are great and what I have always preferred. (I have been a swimmer my entire life and get one to two suits a year). You will want it to fit snug, because it will loosen up a bit in the water (depending on the material, possibly with wear as well).
As for gear, a good pair of swim goggles will also be handy. When you go to the store, try them on. Make sure they are comfy around your eyes and on your nose. I have long hair and I prefer to put it up in a swim cap to protect it and to keep it out of the way.
Good luck with your workout! Swimming is incredible and soooo fun! Enjoy!0
