hello I was part of an intermittent fasting group years ago that was very active. When I search for groups I can't seem to find it. Is there anyone here who belongs to a very active intermittent fasting group?

    Thanks so much,I am going check it out. I want to find support and focus on positive things during these times instead of letting the current situation derail me.
